Excellent location for walking everywhere. Impressive pool and courtyard for relaxing. 10/10 service with friendly staff. A bit pricier but worth it for the quality.

A wonderful experience for my wife's birthday. The hotel staff were pretty good too make it special.

Breakfast on the patio, comfortable bed and exquisite bed linens, superior service, centrally located. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, beautiful pool area and gardens, beautifully appointed public rooms, helpful and friendly staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the center of Lisbon. You can easily explore the city and have access to all the attractions. Plus, it's located right next to the famous "Solar dos Presuntos" restaurant, so you can enjoy delicious meals just steps away. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, making you feel cozy and comfortable. The bathroom is top-notch with all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and helpful employees. The breakfast is also a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh and well-cooked food to choose from.

The spa was closed during my stay, which was a bit disappointing.

I loved the location of the hotel, as it was close to the city center and within walking distance of many attractions. The fact that it is situated in a 16th-century palace added to its charm and made my stay even more special. the hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the clean and well-maintained swimming pool area. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the luxurious amenities this hotel had to offer. the staff were attentive and fulfilled all our needs without hesitation. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to relax after a long day exploring the city. The sun terrace was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful view. Cons: the Jacuzzi was unfortunately out of order during our stay which was a minor inconvenience. Other than that, our experience at this hotel was amazing.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the exclusive amenities were exactly what I needed for a luxurious vacation. the spa and wellness center was exceptional and the massage was one of the best I've ever experienced. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind. the restaurant offered an extensive menu with special diet menus, and the in-room breakfast was a delightful option. the private facilities made me feel pampered and the location advantages were convenient for exploring the area.

The only minor issue I experienced was the noise level in the room. Despite the high-quality soundproofing, I could still hear some external noise.

En este hotel, lo mejor fue la limpieza impecable de las instalaciones. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos dimos cuenta de lo bien cuidado y pulcro que estaba todo. Además, las instalaciones del hotel eran de calidad, desde el estacionamiento seguro hasta las comodidades disponibles. También nos impresionó la ubicación conveniente del hotel, cerca de transporte y en un sector tranquilo. Finalmente, el personal del hotel fue extremadamente amable y servicial durante toda nuestra estadía.
